With a background in management at a national home health care agency she has a deep-rooted understanding of seniors’ needs and challenges. Lin is committed to ensuring that her clients' voices are heard, and their desires are respected.
Lin is also a skilled Dementia Practitioner, able to develop and implement engaging activities for clients with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and cognitive disorders. Lin's true passion lies in bringing greater meaning and quality of life to all her clients and their families. She serves as a dedicated advocate, providing much-needed physical and emotional support to help her clients achieve the highest quality of life possible.
Jerry Collins ~ Co-Founder
As co-founder of Grace at Home Care, Jerry infuses his vast business acumen and personal experience into the heart of the organization. Stemming from a deeply personal journey of caregiving for friends, Jerry and Lin envisioned a service that extends beyond traditional care, focusing on meaningful connections and personalized attention.
